WORK PURPOSE
To support Project Manager in the management of the contract with the Client, with consortium partners and with subcontractors with relation to EPC project for CCSJV camp in Mozambique.
DUTIES & RESPONSABILITIES
- To assist and support Project Manager in the daily official communications to Client, partners of the Consortium and Subcontractors
- To identify and manage opportunities and risks related with all the Contracts
- To identify, develop and sustain change orders and all variations that may imply the necessity of contractual amendment
- To manage and keep updated a complete list of change orders (with all involved Parties, both active and passive) with a clear and detailed evaluation of time and costs impact, in accordance with Company/Employer standard procedures and best practices
- To manage and control subcontracts and subcontractors, being able to maintain the monitoring of quantities (with adequate support if needed) and with the aim to prevent possible claim, issues and whatever could impact in time and costs
REQUIRED COMPETENCES
- Capability to work in a multicultural environment
- Strong capabilities in English official communication (written / legal / contractual communication)
- Experience in the management of Consortium / JV agreement
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Economics and business, Engineering or Law are acceptable
- 7/8 years of experience in Contract Management, with at least 2/3 years of site experience
